Pub Spy(s) Jordan's

This is a pub that is famous for its food but we confined ourselves to the front bar and what an atmosphere there is there.

Here is a pub where you could spend all day and half the night, or the other way around, and not get bored.

This pub is magic and we were not surprised to find so many tourists admiring it both inside and outside. As the old commando said, if you could bottle atmosphere, they might never worry about selling porter.

There is some nice memorabilia tastefully displayed and a collection of old radios (or wirelesses) to keep you interested for hours. Together with some old lamps and lanterns, there are some real gems here.

We found our way to the toilets, lit by nice round red lights set underneath the black floor, and when we arrived at the toilets we were astounded at what we found. “Out of this bloody world” said one of the commandos. We would ask other publicans to have a look at Jordan’s jacks. If Jordan’s can do it, then they all can do it – if they weren’t so bloody tight.
